The CO-OP @ Athens Photo Project

More than 20 APP Artists serve as members of our Photo Co-Op. Since fall 2019, The Photo Co-Op members have shared their skills and creativity with the community as working photographers by providing photographic services and creating products and exhibits from the work made within the APP classroom.

Oh You helped to establish a visual identity through our collaborative partnership. We conducted UX research to find out more about our audience and the client needs. Some of the deliverables for this project included print and environmental designs, as well as a sustainable method for applying a design system as needs arise.

Collaborative and sustainable design with Figma

We worked with the APP Co-Op to come up with a process that would be sustainable after our designers had finalized brand guidelines, color, and typography. For this we relied on the collaborative online design software Figma so that we could provide remote updates and have a place where designs could be pulled from for various projects.

We provided several templates for layouts and dimensions for poster designs, post cards, and digital content. These designs can be downloaded and edited in various formats. In most cases, the images and text only require simple edits to be used for new projects.
